The Greatest Sporting Event Is Upon Us. Le Tour Starts Tomorrow
They will be starting out very strong and very hard with an absolutely grueling, nearly 10k vertical feet of climbing out of the gate. The first stage of the 2023 Tour de France is set to start inΒ Bilbao, Spain, with a hilly 182km road stage that includes 3,000m of climbing on a loop out to the Bay of Biscay coastline. The winner of the opening stage will take the first leader's yellow jersey.
