Your Mission:
To unlock savage strength—both mentally and physically—by following a strict regimen of fitness, nutrition, and mindset. No shortcuts, no excuses. It’s time to push yourself to the limit.
Daily Requirements (for 21 days):
Follow a Primal Animal-Based Diet (See details below)
Focus on animal-based nutrition: meat, organs, eggs, butter, bone broth, and raw dairy.
Cut out processed foods, grains, sugars, and carbs that don’t serve your savage goals.
Aim for 3-4 meals per day.
Hydrate: Drink at least half your body weight in ounces of water every day.
Complete 45 Minutes of Intense Training (45 minute of workouts or movement daily)

Drink a Smoothie a Day
Drink a smoothie with 1 scoop of protein to stay lean and powered without unnecessarily bulking up.
Take a Daily Progress Photo
Document your transformation, physically and mentally. Don’t skip this—it's your accountability.
Cold Shower and Sauna Daily (Push your comfort zone)
Start your day with a cold shower to boost recovery, increase mental toughness, and stimulate blood flow for muscle growth.
The Animal-Based Nutrition:
Meat: Focus on beef, lamb, chicken, and fish as your primary protein sources. Opt for fatty cuts to ensure you're getting the calories and nutrients your body needs.
