What do you think about this?
A new way to walk, run, and bike. Have you ever been on a treadmill, stairmaster, or recumbent bike and thought to yourself how boring it is? Even running outdoors people have started bouncing tennis balls to help their pacing and attention. There is always the problem of what to do with ones hands. If you are like me, this feeling happens on a regular basis. If you are an endurance athlete than you know how spending hours each week on these machines can get monotonous while also only targeting cardio and one area of your body. The airbike is a great full body workout that keeps both your upper and lower body occupied, but I seldom see anyone on them because the resistance seems like a lot. Reality is that treadmills, stairmasters and indoor bikes aren’t going anywhere and I think there could be a new accessory that people could bring to the gym and on runs. What do you think about a portable clip on ski erg?
Perhaps a design similar to this ^. The clip would go on to the handlebars and also ideally your shoulder straps of a running vest. Let me know in the comments what you think, what you would want, what you think needs to be adapted and if this is worthwhile making a prototype of.
