Most every day I make a smoothie, which has helped my health and vitality immensely because I am no longer lethargic after eating a huge greasy breakfast. A friend once told me she wasn’t into trying my smoothies because I basically just used leftovers in there, but I have worked at it and now only 1 out of 10 smoothies comes out gross depending on what I put in it. I tried kale and spinach and that just isn’t great because it goes bad so quickly and doesn’t break down well.
